Returns Policy

Here at Spoilt & Gorgeous we have a no quibble returns policy.

You can return your goods for any reason for a full refund, within 14 days of receipt if you are unhappy with them in any way.  You also have the legal right to cancel your purchase order up to 7 days from the day after you receive the goods.   You should also contact us should you not receive your order (allow at least 7-10 days from date of order), if your goods are not as ordered, or your order has arrived damaged.

Alternatively you can post your items to the following address.  Please send your items by Recorded Delivery as unfortunately we will not be liable for returned goods lost in transit.

* The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:-

• In the event that the product has been used.
• To any products that we have made or customised especially for you.
• To any products that by their nature have a limited lifespan, such as flowers or fresh food.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
