     winner will be informed by email on the same day of the draw which will
     be the 28th day of each month at 4.30 p.m.  If you enter the competition
     on the 28th day of the month, your entry will be entered into the draw for
     the following month. This competition is open to everyone except staff or
     family members of Spoilt & Gorgeous.  Unfortunately we are not able to
